I'm on CET and when my site goes down, I check the page, and if there is a report that says "network out at xx o'clock" I need to convert the time/date to my own timezone and it hurts my head. Just a tiny "this page was refreshed at yy local time" at the bottom would work for me, then i can compare any timestamps with that, and see that it happened z hours ago, instead of doing painful maths.
