Some Lingering Email Issues
Posted (May 24th, 2006 at 5:55 pm PST) by DallasWe have identified some lingering email configuration issues affecting some users (about 1-2%). The common symptom is ‘Relay Access Denied’ errors resulting when someone tries to send you email. We are now correcting the configurations and everything should be back to normal in the next hour or so (as of 5:40 PM PDT). If you are experiencing these issues on your own domain you can force a configuration update sooner by going to the Manage Email section of our web panel and adding a new address. You can remove it again afterwards. That change will trigger the needed update.
