Arlene back online
Posted (May 29th, 2006 at 11:13 pm PST) by DreamHostOk, the database server “arlene” has had its data restored to the last backup, which was from the early morning hours of today (May 29), PDT (-0700). Changes made to the affected database since then were lost, unfortunately. We will be investigating the root causes of the hardware failures, and what needs to be done to our system to prevent further occurences of it.
