We are now correcting the configurations and everything should be back to normal in the next hour or so (as of 5:40 PM PDT). […]

Another cluster began exhibiting the same symptoms as the other cluster that was previously fixed. This should now be fixed as well. Tests on both clusters indicate mail should be authenticating and processing in the mail queues.

It looks like this should now be fixed. The admins pinpointed and resolved a problem with the mail load balancing. Mail is now being authenticated, though due to the number of people now trying to send out mail, the mailqueues are a bit hefty. The mail is processing and being sent though, […]

We are seeing some congestion on our junkmail filter servers. Some email is being delayed as a result. Most of the delays should be short (less than 10 minutes) but some may be longer (a couple of hours or more). We are going to be migrating the back-end junkmail database to a […]

As some of you may have noticed, the MySQL server ’sarabi’ is having some problems. The server has crashed and is not responding to multiple reboot requests. One of our admins is on their way to the datacenter to manually bring this server back up and restore its functionality. It should be back to normal […]

There is a strange mail looping issue on one of our mail clusters. I believe I have the problem nailed down, however I haved turned off postfix on our inbound MX servers. This will only affect a limited number of customers. No email is lost, and it is only looping for a single mailbox of […]
