Central Database Maintenence

Tomorrow night (Tuesday, May 9) at 10pm we will be taking several of our central databases offline for some maintenence. This downtime will affect the DreamHost Panel and customer webmail. Ivan Server Downtime

The server Ivan ran out of memory earlier this morning and crashed. All attempts at remotely rebooting or powercycling failed and there is a tech en route to the datacenter now. Ivan should be back up and running again shortly.

Dreambook database maintenence

Just a quick note that Dreambooks will be offline for a bit while we move its database to a different machine.
Ok, Dreambooks are back online. The actual move hasn’t been done yet, but its back online until further notice, sorry for the false info.

Archibald update

We found the cause of the attack and have gotten it under control. The server is online and the service under attack is updating. We apologize for the inconvenience.

New Domain WHOIS Privacy Feature

As you also might have seen in the recent newsletter, we’re now offering a WHOIS privacy feature, totally for free!
This means that when you register a new domain, transfer a domain to us, or modify your WHOIS info, you’ll be given the option to use our privacy feature instead of your personal contact information.

No more Miva, no more osCommerce, more Zen Cart!

As you might have seen in the newsletter, we have stopped offering both the Miva e-commerce system (it was free on Code Monster and Strictly Business) and the osCommerce one-click install.
