Incoming email servers no longer allow outbound email
Our email servers that handle all incoming email from the Internet will no longer allow the sending of outbound email. If your DNS is hosted by us, this will NOT affect you at all. The incoming email servers are set up to only handle incoming email and not outgoing email already. Previously they could still be used to send outgoing email and this was exploited by some spammers and phishers to get around some of our network security measures.
If you host your DNS elsewhere AND if your DNS is not set up correctly for the email servers for your domain, you may begin having trouble sending out email through our servers. If that is the case for you, contact our support team for assistance.
