If you are still having problems viewing your domain please submit a support ticket with “Site Down” as your category. We are currently setting up groups of updates for customers writing in with “Site Down” as the category for your support request.

Please also include the domain you are having problems with in the relevant domain and URL field. That’ll help us get to the domain even faster.

Another issue we noticed is that people are submitting subdomains for the site down and domain report. DNS is based on the top level domain, so just let us know the top level domain you are having problems with if it is a sub domain. So example.com instead of sub.example.com. Thanks.
