DNS Updates Running
If you sent in a message with the category of “site down” and with your domain in the relevant domain field then updates have completed on your domain. This is for support message received before 5:00 pm -0700 GMT. The updates have been going well and are fixing your sites. If you wrote in before 5 pm and you are still having problems please keep in mind that it may be your cache that is still bringing up the domain in a broken state. You can test to see if your site is working by having someone not in your network check your domain, or you can log onto your server and type: (note: you need shell access to do this)
lynx domain.com
Replace domain.com with your domain. If your domain comes up then it is fixed and you are just viewing the cached domain in your web browser. If your domain is still broken please contact support again with “site down” and your domain in the relevant domain field.
