Quick filer swap (all done!^2)
One of our filers is giving errors right now so we need to do a quick swap before it becomes a major problem. This will affect your websites only if you are on this filer. Downtime is estimated under 10 minutes. There will be no dataloss, the disks are fine and we can do a clean shutdown. We will post an update when this is completed.

Everything went as planned, total downtime was about 2 minutes. If you are still having problems please let support know!

It looks like it’s still crashing so the filer itself wasn’t the problem. Going downstairs to swap more hardware and see if that solves it. Again, downtime should be less than 10 minutes.

We have now swapped all of the hardware in the filer except the physical disks themselves. We are hoping this will resolve the problem.
