The large number of extra updates running today caused panel slowness due to slowness on one of the central database machines. Many of the updates are now complete and the panel is back to normal. Please contact support if are experiencing any difficulties. Apologies for a very unfortunate day.

The disk on our Webmail MySQL server filled up earlier today which caused the database to become unavailable. Downtime was intermittent and probably totalled around 25 minutes. We’re freeing up some space and limiting the amount of logs we keep around so that this does not happen again. Sorry for the inconvenience!

We are in the process of fixing this up now. Things should hopefully be back to normal in about an hour or two. That number also includes email-only users, however it should not be affecting mail delivery.

We are seeing incoming email delays for customers in our spunky cluster. We believe the delays are a result of a much higher than normal incoming email load, possibly due to spammers targeting our servers. We are looking into the situation and will have it resolved as quickly as possible.
