Mail authentication (un)broken

It seems one of the Database servers that our mail system uses as its backend isn’t properly replicating right now. We are in the process of restoring that, which will fix the mail authentication problems. No email is being lost! Hopefully all will be better in 1 hour.

The spanning tree protocol of one of our edge switches seems to be breaking portions of our public network.. we’re on the case trying to correct the configuration and restore service across our system as quickly as possible.

Panel / Webmail back up.

We’ve fixed the problems with the errant dist switch and things should be back to where they were this morning.
There is still a more general (not as severe) network-wide problem we’ve been working on for the last week. We still have two tickets open with Cisco and have an expert networking consultant on the scene. […]

Panel / Webmail is down

While tracking the internal routing issues we’ve been experiencing, problems with one of our distribution switches caused the panel and webmail to go down. We are working on bringing them up now. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience… and all the problems we’ve been having the last three weeks..

Nilla hardware failure

The memory in Nilla has failed this morning. All users on Nilla are right now being switched over to new hardware. The new machine should be up and running within 30 minutes. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Update Nilla is back up and running again, smooth as silk! Thank you all for your patience.

Dreambooks Are Back, Jack!

Ok we have brought the Dreambook service back online and it should be ok now. If you are still having problems, contact support and let us know your Dreambook address so we can check it out.

Post Power Outage

Services are back up and running system wide. There are a few straggler Apaches that need a little extra attention but those are being whipped into shape now. We are no longer running off of the generator and are back on city power.

Webmail back up!

Webmail is now back up and working correctly. We were able to repair the database rather than restore it so everything should be great.
