More Filer Issues!
Well, we thought we were out of the woods, however, the same filer went down again. Our administration team is heading over to our data center now, and should be performing the steps to recover from the crash. We’re doing everything we can to make sure downtime is at a minimum, and apologize for the trouble!
Update
The filer is back online after having lost both of it’s spare disks. At this point all of the shelves, cables, and associated hardware has been replaced and yet this filer is still killing disks. We’re doing everything we can to avoid data loss but backing up your email and site data is strongly encouraged. There will be more information to follow as it becomes available.
