Filer Update

Right now our admin team is deploying a new filer to replace the one that is still having issues. This should take no longer than an hour, although copying the data from the limping filer to the new one will take over 48 hours.

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused anyone. Our admin team is working as quickly as possible to get the new filer hardware up and running.

We will update once again when the new filer is deployed.
