Dreambooks are down.

Currently the server that runs the Dreambook service is down. We have an Admin assigned to it and he will have it back up as soon as he can. Keep an eye on this page for an update on the issue. We apologies for the downtime

Catch-all Autoresponders Disabled & Spamcop Update

Catch-all autoresponders are being disabled right now, per the announcement on the 10th:

Lingering Email Issues Resolved

Melrose server being replaced

The melrose server had a network card go bad, we are failing it over to new hardware right now.
Update: The new server is up and the configuration scripts have finished.

Power Update

One of our datacenters is taking us offline in a few hours to repair a broken Power Distribution Unit. Fortunately there’s only a few live servers in there so we’re simply going to move them over to our main datacenter. All Services Back Up

At this time it looks like we’ve gotten everything back up. All websites, email and all other services should be up and running. If you are still experiencing problems with one of your services, contact our support team right away.

Severe Power Outage

The power outage has been confirmed and is ongoing. Evidently DWP suffered a power plant loss in Northern California (due to record temperature levels) that quickly triggered outages in a few Los Angeles neighboorhoods. Possible power outage

At least a portion of our datacenter seems to have lost power very briefly. We have technicians driving to the datacenter now to see exactly what the situation is. If your site is down, we should have it taken care of shortly.

Cheeky downtime

The cheeky server had a issue with one of its network cards and is being failed over to new hardware. Apaches are already starting to come online and the failover should be done shortly.

Sekhmet databases back online

All the databases from sekhmet are back online. The process took longer than expected, and we ended up having to just move all of the data to a new server. Everything looks to be online with it though, and queries are running again in force.
