Right now our admin team is deploying a new filer to replace the one that is still having issues. This should take no longer than an hour, although copying the data from the limping filer to the new one will take over 48 hours.

We’re confident that the problematic file server is stable now so we’re putting all web servers back online. The configuration changes are in the process of going live so everyone’s sites should be up shortly. If you continue to have problems after a few hours from now then please let support know.

After fighting with the file server all night we’ve finally got it back up and in a usable state. No data was lost during this outage.

One of our fileservers is having some serious problems, and is causing several of our shared hosting servers to become unresponsive. We’re working to swap out the filer now and get everything back online.

Images on our webpanel are currently broken do to a server that’s being upgraded. They should be back up and viewable soon!
No other panel functionality is affected by this upgrade.

The upgrade is complete and images are working again!
Rollo took a nose dive around 3:30am (GMT -700). It is being failed over to new hardware now and will be back up and running soon. Check this space for updates.
