Everything with both projects went as smoothly as could be. The network never went down completely, the only symptoms we noticed were sub-optimal routes and network slowdowns as BGP caught back up. All panel and webmail access have been restored as well.
Don’t forget, in about half an hour (10pm PDT) part of our network will be going down briefly while we replace some faulty equipment. Total downtime should still be in the range of 10-15 minutes.
The back-up drive in limbo-mysql is getting replaced now. The server will be down for ~20 minutes. If your database is not responding, it is most likely hosted on limbo-mysql. Check this space for updates.

It’s starting to look like some failing hardware may be the cause of our recent network slowness, so instead of waiting for it to get worse, we’ve managed to get the suspect part RMA’d without verifying the hardware failure.
