MySQL machine ‘demeter’ down (Not anymore!)

Demeter didn’t want to come back after a reboot. An admin is en route to the datacenter now to remedy the problem. No ETA at this time, but we’re hoping no more than 1-2 hours.

Database Server Moves: Rhubarb and Putney (Complete!)

Both rhubarb and putney are being relocated. Both of these servers will be down for about 10 minutes during the rack re-shuffling. If your are unable to connect to your database, it is most likely hosted on one of these two servers. Check this space for updates.

We were making adjustments to our network that didn’t go as planned unfortunately so a number of you have noticed downtime or site/mail slowness again. That issue has been resolved.
