I have never experienced such a slow and downtime… even from my dial connection in the old days.
Now! I understand why you have no uptime guarantee anywhere …

All my domains are down - and it’s been about 3 hrs. All my sites and mailservers seem to never stay up a full day without some sort of problems. The stability is simply atrocious.
Worst of all - I can’t even get to the panel to complain - not that it does much good these days.
Mental note to find a real host.

‘Error connecting to IMAP server: mail.xxx.net.

I have a very low connection to thaler-online.com/florian from here (Germany).
If you don’t solve this problem, I have to move, too.

This better fix things. I’ve been severely less than impressed with the level of service and amount of downtime that’s occured since I purchased hosting in February. Surely the users of Archibald are entitled to some kind of compensation?
