I appreciate the effort and transparency the team has shown lately, but it's been getting to the point where I don't feel as if my Dreamhost account can be trusted to handle my very modest business needs. This saddens me, as I like the company and their policies, but I don't think it's unreasonable to expect core services such as e-mail to function reliably, and quickly.</description>

		<description>Our email has been down or seriously delayed for two days now. Our site just shut down to top it off. Is DH trying to ruin my business. Callback requests are no good because I have been waiting for a callback for two days now.  I should have gone on vacation this week. Thanks Dreamhost! More like a nightmare :(</description>
