It’s not weak service at all. I use it and recommend it. It has excellent reliability for my needs. If you need higher reliability still, then go elsewhere and quit whining.

I appreciate the effort and transparency the team has shown lately, but it's been getting to the point where I don't feel as if my Dreamhost account can be trusted to handle my very modest business needs. This saddens me, as I like the company and their policies, but I don't think it's unreasonable to expect core services such as e-mail to function reliably, and quickly.
