RAM Upgrades (Complete)

More memory upgrades! This time it is:

malt, harpo, larchmont, and absinthe

Followed by:

ord, garth, and bixel!

malt, harpo, larchmont, and absinthe are complete!

ord, garth, and bixel coming up!

- UPDATE Thu Oct 26 04:40:57 PDT 2006 -

garth, and bixel are all updated and back up. Unfortunately ord’s hardware didn’t take to the BIOS flash necessary for the new memory. It is being moved over to new hardware now and will be back up soon.

- FINAL UPDATE Thu Oct 26 06:06:31 PDT 2006 -

ord is back up and running on new hardware. If you are experiencing any problems whatsoever, please contact support.

    Is there somewhere in the panel or something where I can check which machine I’m on? I newly signed up, but can’t find it. Thanks.

    In the panel, go to ‘Users -> Manage Users’, then look under the ‘Machine’ column to see which server a particular user is on.

    That will give you the web/ftp server. Databases are usually on other servers - you can see this on the MySQL page under “Status” on the web panel. Don’t assume that all of your databases will be on the same server - I have eight defined and they are spread over four different servers.

    My web/ftp server in on: marge All 4 databases is on skimbleshanks. to see your databases servers go to MySQL Usage.
