Baht server getting new hardware — completed
Posted (February 7th, 2007 at 9:19 am PST) by andreaA little bit ago baht started reporting very high load and we noticed disk errors in the logs. Soft and hard reboot didn’t help, so we’re moving the server to new hardware. This process shouldn’t take longer than half an hour. Check back here if you’re still having problems, and don’t hesitate to contact support if after the move you’re still having problems accessing your domains.
Very sorry about the inconvenience.
This has now been completed. Contact support through the control panel to let us know if you have any problems with your files on baht.

lots of slow times… i also get this most of the time:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@mygothicheart.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

Gerard, you need to contact support/put in a support ticket. You are not on the Baht server, you are on pacman.

Having the same problem here, and I too, and NOT on the baht server. The only reason I ever say anything here is often, others don’t know and this tells them, too.

For some reason Zend isnt working on my server anymore.. The error appeared a couple of hours ago? Im on rockstar. Could you please fix it?

Qing Yong - I think you probably want to contact DH support through the panel. Despite the claims here that the panel isn’t working, I’ve had no trouble connecting to it for the last few days.

Oh, you might also get assistance at http://wiki.dreamhost.com and http://discussion.dreamhost.com These are not replacements for using the control panel to report support issues, but an alternative way to possibly get a quick solution.

I´m not having any problems with the dreamhost.com domain at all, I´ve been adjusting one or two things this morning and no problems at all. Also to contact support in the event of the control panel not working or to report a problem with your server you can do one of the following:-
You can use the contact form here - http://www.dreamhost.com/contact.cgi
You can also send an email to support@dreamhost.com from your primary email address and that works too.
It might be a good idea to document that down somewhere for future use

I too have got the Zend installer error, have since midnight last night, that was 11 hours ago, i’ve had a support ticket in for 5 hours now…

If you have problems connecting to the panel, you can always send email to support@dreamhost.com… just make sure you provide your domain/account info when you contact them.
