Two power strips have lost their management interface and need to be replaced. They will be swapped out Thursday night starting at 11 p.m. PST. The first power strip that will be switched out will affect the following servers:

We’ve been investigating the cause of nehi’s continued crashing, and have discovered that the hardware is faulty. Therefore we will begin moving everyone over to new hardware in a few minutes. The NFS issues we posted about on Friday are still affecting many of you. We are working as quickly as possible to offload the overworked filers but unfortunately it is a time consuming process. The same servers are likely to be affected:

The cappuccino server is having issues and isn’t cleanly rebooting. It is being moved to new server hardware right now. Our apologies for the downtime, the services will be coming up shortly.

It has been found that this server is currently undergoing an attack. An admin is already working to resolve this. I am unable to offer an ETA for resolution at this time but please be sure to check back here for further updates.
