I too have my own business. I don't expect DH to be perfect. I do expect some problems. Whether they be big or small, they happen. Complaining does not solve the issue. Send them an e-mail stating your issue. Wait. Complaining just shows your impatience. Switch to another host if you so many issues with DH. My sites were ALL down a day or so ago. I just notified all my clients and said hey, just wait. these things happens. and they also happen to the big guys. and add worms and viruses and things out of DHs control.
