Also if you're having trouble getting at your sites post a url and other people in the comments can check and see if the problem is just a connection somewhere between you and the site, rather than a server-side problem. I could connect after a couple of hours yesterday. Today, it is unreachable again, same problem with the huge ping. I typed the ip address of the server in my browser and got an error message: error id: "bad_httpd_conf". Since I'm not getting any help from support, I will try to fix this with the dreamhost wiki on the error. It has some suggestions. But coming on here and having a go at everyone who has a web site that is down or slow is not productive. I've been with Dreamhost for about 6 weeks now, and my sites have been down or slow for upgrades or dos attacks on a regular basis. Either it is network, which is unlikely since it wouldnt just be your server, or that x.xx number is high and you have someone else on the server killing your cpu load, and report it to DH as such.
