Both my sites went down immediately and dreamhost support is unable to identify the real problem, preferring to blame me for modifying 2 perfectly working blogs. Don’t do the one-click upgrade.

Then there'll be a bunch of text and such and below that and above the pictures are your currently installed web programs. There's a column that says "Actions" can you can click Upgrade from there.
