SMTP Problems
We had some problems with a backend service that caused SMTP service to go down. Total downtime was around 30 minutes. SMTP service should be completely restored now. We are working on ways to balance the service that failed so that we can avoid downtimes like this in the future.
Note: if you are having sending and receiving problems you are likely still dealing with issues related to the newest post about network problems.

Anyone know of a more reliable hosting service? The past few weeks have been painful and are beginning to affect my business in a very negative manner

As someone who is not an idiot, I do not run my business from a shared host. These last few weeks have negatively affected…my ability to update my blog?

I’ve been googling around and some point to mediatemple as a nice alternative.

You might be good at spamming for mediatemple — but you’re not very good at researching hosts if you think that’s a smart move.
