Wondering if anyone has any ideas (since DH support not helping much)

Have an email account that works through Outlook, all the new messages show up, but the online webmail account shows the user’s inbox as empty.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

That’s probably because you have Outlook set to delete the messages once they’re downloaded. You’ll need to change that somewhere in the settings.

Also, helping you with that would have been a job for Microsoft support–not Dreamhost support. Though they help when they can, third-party product support is not part of the hosting plan. The forums would be a more appropriate place to ask for help with stuff like that. You can also find the answers to most common questions in the DH wiki.
