DreamHost Status

One of our file servers has been having increasing stability issues lately, due to the severity of the problems it causes when it goes down we are performing a live upgrade of it’s firmware and software today. The upgrade should only affect 233 users total, during this time we will do everything we can to prevent it from affecting anyone else. The upgrade should take approximately 45min and we’ll begin at 4:45pm PDT.

Unfortunately, due to security concerns, we cannot list the affected users here.

We realize this is short notice and regret the inconvenience this may cause some of you. This upgrade is expected to make things a lot more stable for everyone, and not just the affected users.

The upgrade is complete. All services should be back to normal.
