Unable to create new e-mail addresses in control panel. (RESOLVED)
Posted (June 21st, 2007 at 7:29 am PST) by DavidUnfortunately we’ve got a problem somewhere that is generating errors when creating new e-mail addresses in the control panel. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing. Our admins are currently working on resolving this problem as quickly as possible.
Please to not submit any support requests regarding this issue as we are already aware of it.
As soon as we have his resolved an update will be posted.

RESOLVED 9:30am PDT - It’s fixed! Please try again and let us know if you run into any problems. If you’ve submitted a support request on this issue and haven’t received a response yet you might want to retract it. You can do that in the control panel under (SUPPORT > CONTACT SUPPORT) by clicking on the “X” delete link next to the request (at the bottom of that page).

the mail problem also affects the ability to change password
I’d say it’s affecting more than just email addresses. I can’t get to the panel, which is really too bad since the load on my server (eggnog) is over eighty and I’d sure love to report it…
My sites have been non-functioning for about 3 hours.

considering this status post was for being “Unable to create new e-mail addresses in control panel…” means it probably isn’t affecting your websites(s)…
you might want to submit a report…
Robert, why would you use the control panel to create one-time-use addresses? Just use that “plus” feature.

My site have been down for almost a day http://www.butterflysearcher.com and I did not get any response from support for more than 24 hours. It really takes hard work to get visotors to your site. I would appreciate of DH appreciates our business and offer only what they can serv and not oversell.

I don’t know H but maybe you should submit another ticket or email them directly or at least look and confirm that they got your ticket…

I agree with the last two posters, but have to add you need to get a clue, guy! WordPress 2.04, as a photoblog, with flash ads, and that many graphics on the opening page…wtf? Cache or no, I’m surprised it loads at all.
