Problems with email

We are currently experiencing some problems with our mail servers authenticating. Our admins are aware of the situation and are already hard at work to resolve it. We hope to have this situation remedied as soon as possible. Check back here for updates.

UPDATE 11:53am: Should be all back to normal now. One of our mail load balancing servers failed and was giving the errors while it was being switched over to a backup server. If you continue to have problems, please contact support.

    I am unable to login 80% of the time. IMAP connections are dropped frequently. It’s prevented login since this morning.
    “ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.”
    “ERROR Unknown user or password incorrect. Go to the login page”

    My mail client just sits there, spinning… Once in a while it can fetch an e-mail from the server but something is still broken.

    Webmail and mail are not authenticating still. Please correct this as it’s very important, particularly if you’re bouncing messages.

    I cannot reach my webmail on SPACEY server. It looks like Mysql Server is down or the user changed.
