My site on ivan went down as well. It came back up after about an hour (?), while I was still checking things for the support form.

Of course this page is worthless for trying to get answers. They even say that at the top of the page in big bold letters:

"Posting in the comments here IS NOT an official way to contact DreamHost"

So if your site is down, why not use the proper support channels?

I'm not a fanboy of DH, but I do think it's not fair to blame them if you are not following instructions. When I have problems, I follow the proper procedure and things have always been resolved in a timely manner.

So why is tejava down even before you've got these servers scheduled?

No, I don't expect an answer. Tejava never seems to be listed on any of these status updates when it goes down. I should be used to this crap service by now.

Oh, and DH fanboys, reply all you want, I ain't checking back... this page is worthless for trying to get any answers, because if you don't kiss DH's ass, the fanboys come crying and attacking.
