Skittle getting new hardware
We are having some networking issues with the skittle web server this morning, it is being moved to new hardware so resolved the issue as fast as possible. Service will be restored shortly, check back for updates.
UPDATE
The move is finished, all services restored according to the monitoring system. Sorry for the downtime.

Ok, we have 10 people in my company that can not get into the Dreamhost email (when they log into the site it does not recognize We tried to ping and didn’t not work. I have 5 loan closings today that we can not get loan papers on because of the fact we can’t get email! Some one needs to call my office NOW and help. Otherwise we are going to have 5 moving fans out front with some upset customers.

Yep, I’m on mail server looney, and it’s completely down. Nothing on Dreamhost status, nothing in the panel. Lack of information is the killer here almost every time.

mail on Spacey is down. First it timed out, now it doesn’t recognize logins.

I mean, a server that is failing after running since 3-4 years is understandable, but an harddisk that is failing after running for only one week is not good.
