One-Click Installs: Gallery updated to 2.2.3

This update adds no features but does fix up critical security issues with the WebDAV and Reupload modules within Gallery. It’s highly recommended that you either upgrade or disable those modules as soon as possible.

Webmail Changes

We will be migrating webmail to a bigger and better load balancer this evening. Webmail will be up on both its old (current) IPs and the new IPs at the same time so there shouldn’t be any downtime related to this change.

RESOLVED! Tib hardware failure

The mysql server “tib” suffered a hardware failure around 1 hour 30 minutes ago, at 5am Pacific time. It rebooted itself, and spent the next hour checking its backup drive, only to hang. It will not remotely reboot so I am heading in to diagnose the problem! Estimated further downtime is one hour.

DONE! Emergency router upgrade

Tonight, hopefully starting at 10:30pm, we will be performing an emergency IOS upgrade to one of our core routers. This is to hopefully quench the problems we have been experiencing once and for all. The downtime is estimated to be no longer than 20 minutes, however if anything goes wrong, it could take much longer.
