Tomorrow morning we will be upgrading the controller (head-unit) for one of our filers that has been causing problems lately. This will affect customers on the web servers monroe and sanborn.

This upgrade will take place at 7am PDT Friday, August 3, 2007. It should only take about 30 minutes to swap in the new head-unit.

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes but we’re confident this will greatly improve the stability for customers in the future.

Update: 8:20am PST: this is now finished. Things should be running normally again on monroe and sanborn. If you have any issues, please contact support.
