Problems with webserver ikari

Currently we are having some trouble with the webserver ikari and one of the file servers it mounts. Our admins are working to fix the issue right now, and will post updates here when they have more information.

Update: 12am PST: We’ve completed the repairs on the file server and are going to perform a few more tests to make sure things are ok. Expect an update shortly!

Update: 12:34am PST: Things should be up and running normally again on ikari. If you are still having problems, please contact support.

    please check also YOOHOO: server load is always VERY high !

    Is anybody there??

    Arkanoid is down, all your ‘panel support test’ say that it’s down, I’ve opened two support tickets… so, what’s the matter?

    Arkanoid is currently responding to ping from inside the DH network, but without knowing a hosted site there I can’t check for you. Of course like just about everyone that reads here, I’m not part of DH staff.

    If you have the need to report that your site/server isn’t working here, it would be polite to report when it is up here also.

    Glad you got it back up to par. Luckily it seems I’m rarely affected by these outages. Good luck guys and thanks for the support.
