I am having the Sender Quota Rejection for one of my users' accounts. She needs to send emails all day to groups of 50+ clients and receives the Sender Quota Rejection message in her Inbox. She now can send NO email.

Looks like webmail is down again today.
This is what I see when I go to my webmail
http://webmail.mydomain.com/src/login.php
[pre]
Warning: mysql_pconnect() [function.mysql-pconnect]: Lost connection to MySQL server during query in /usr/local/squirrelmail-1.4.9a/session_mysql.php on line 61
# Can't connect to 192.168.10.10 as squirrelmail
# MySQL Error: Lost connection to MySQL server during query
[/pre]

Whoops.

Crypes people.

LOL

Like "B*tching" about it will HELP?

's/IT Happens', and I would BET that it isn't 100% due to a 'fault' of Dreamhost itself.

Those that want to "File" a B*tch" via a "support" ticket. . get a life. please.

Having "support" tickets Answered, on these OBVIOUS issues, would only SLOW down the rectifying time! (duh).

As for "Opening a Call Center" PFFT-LOL! You mean you want them (DH) to waste/spend money on "Can I help you?, no, sorry, but you can leave a message", "as ALL of our employee's are working 24/7 to Bring you an Affordable (FULL FEATURED) Hosting Company. (and it's even GREEN! ta'boot!:) (google:green farms) heh

All I can say is that I have been here for close to 5 years, yeah, 5, and i've too experienced "issues", even those rated "HIGH",
but not ONCE have they ever NOT came through, and not ONCE has ANYTHING been "lost", due to ANY technical issues, And I say that with the advice that it would be YOUR responsibility to make YOUR own BACKUPS, ..but again, in 5 years I have NEVER needed to imploy any type of RESTORE/FIX, After they were brought back online.

All I can say, just like NUMBEROUS other DH Customers, (That wouldn't even bother posting in regards to these issues, cause we KNOW they will get worked out.), is this:

Don't like DH? Then Find another, no hard feelings. :)

Make a great Day!

I was having LESS issues when they said it was down. Now it is totally hosed and their status - when I can even get that - says it is resolved???

I've checked this with people in another state and they can't access either.

Seems to me that dreamhost has been having some big problems today. For about 30 minutes dreamhoststatus.com wasn't coming up (first a wordpress blog error, then a 404 not found error). Our email has been intermittent at best. And dreamhost.com as well as the control panel were both not coming up. Nice.
