Dreamhost does what they can to fix it and is pretty good about it. If you move your sites, it will just happen somewhere else. I am fairly certain Dreamhost doesn't want to lose business. I note that the extension indicates that you're using PHP - you might want to check your code. Why would something being wrong with your ISP be weird?
