		<description>annoyed - “severity” has nothing to do with the seriousness of the problem - if they’ve posted it on this blog, then they are treating it as a serious problem. The “severity” listed in the post has to do with how many servers/customers are affected. So one server = low severity (where did you get “medium” from?</description>
