The chiller is down? Does this mean the beer’s gonna get warm?
Wait, my site’s down. Damn you, Dreamhost.
I kid because I love. Good luck, guys.

These guys are in Silicon Valley. No beer, Chardonnay and Perier.

Thanks for the heads up, guess this means no updates for the airsoft team tonight but __it happens and I know that all too well being in the IT field myself.

Jesus Dreamhost. Does a month go by where you don’t have a major outage? This is really getting ridiculous. Time for some changes somewhere along the line, whether it’s machinery or management I don’t care, just please try not to suck so hard!

Unreal… talk about get what you pay for… I like the “Severity MEDIUM”
Who decided THAT???
…..Glad I moved my important clients outta here last month….

Phew - It’s a good thing about 90% of my sites are on atomic, otherwise, I would have a ton of customers calling me wondering why their sites and email are completely offline. (ring ring ring ring ring) - Wait a minute…
Thanks for killing my afternoon! Rock on.

I’ve been a customer for many years, and I gotta admit my site has been down more times in the last 4 months than it has in the first few years combined…what is going on over there? Its like almost every week something is wrong and samus dies.
:-/

Not resolved - Most, if not all of my sites are still down. Emailing support now.
September 24th, 2007 at 4:13 pm
Funny–sites are still down, yet it’s showing resolved. All about perspective?
September 24th, 2007 at 4:15 pm
This is NOT resolved and the 2nd time in a week when something has said it’s resolved when in reality my site’s down.
Let’s at least be honest…
September 24th, 2007 at 4:19 pm
Not resolved - Dimarco’s still down. Already contacted support to let them know.
September 24th, 2007 at 4:20 pm
I’m on atomic - all sites are still offline. I’ve contacted support as well.
September 24th, 2007 at 5:04 pm
Yay! Dimarco’s back up!
September 24th, 2007 at 5:11 pm
NOT RESOLVED - I can get to vidar from ssh and see my files now (though 30 minutes ago EVERYTHING was gone including the directory!!!
Now some of my PHP sites are working and most are NOT!
“http_config_error”
My Rails one is working interestingly.
I agree. I think “Medium” severity is too low. It made me think that my issue wasn’t even listed at all!

This is a very big deal and is in no way resolved.
