They just posted an announcement:

Network Issue

One of our core routers is dropping about half of its packets at the moment. Our admin staff is working very hard to resolve this problem right now. This will cause outages and slowdowns for the majority of our customers.

We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing. We will post again when we have more information.
