This is frustrating to everyone that had a site go down today and you should be absolutely ashamed of your busienss. This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I guess the basic rule of thumb should be whatever ISP doesnt have a customer support line and is too afraid to talk to thier customers is probably not a good site to go with. I signed up about 8 weeks ago and I have had nothing but trouble. I could easily run my own server and host everyone here with less problems then these idiots on DH. If I do end up hosting my own server, then I will invite all of you to leave this worthless excuse for a ISP and join me. As for now, I have switched over to Startlogic.com.
