I've heard of many others doing this, and they've been moved to quicker servers without a problem! I think you're with resource hogs, myself. Wouldn't hurt to ask! @ Ian -

I was seeing load averages over 500 Saturday afternoon (seemingly right before they took it down). Now that it has been brought back up, it still has load averages nearly 50.
