My SQL server can’t be connected, that cause my web content down!! Any expert of dreamhost here? The support always response me “Outage resolved: No server-wide problem was found.”
But, I really can’t connect the SQL server…
MyTicket ID are #2212507, #2212459, #2212431…

To derjohng,
I got the same problem with you and all mysql down for 3 hours now. I submit no less than 10 times with this error but all set to “Outage resolved: No server-wide problem was found.”
I also have to submit 2 ticket and no reply till now!

Layer 8 protocol error perhaps? LOL
if the service is running smoothly as I see on my end perhaps you’re either sending incorrect error reports (which don’t allow support guys to track your problem correctly) or you’re just having intermitent issues on the SQL service which, being intermitent, are not pinpointed as problems at the time they are checked

I don’t know where is my blog, But I can’t access my panel, now: I only see the links, No post, no comment, no other things…
And it is impossible to see the blog.

All my sites are down and there shows the “Bad httpd conf” error. What’s up? :S

I am also experiecing a flaky MYSQL server (Lionel) since two days ago. I have submitted the issue a couple of times, but they do not even acknowledge my reports… maybe they all are on vacation.
I do hope they can resolve it soon, otherwise are sites are down.

All my sites are down, can’t hit the Dreamhost website either…

@ tonyto
You are lucky (i think…)
Go to “Manage Domains” and edit the settings, do not move anything just click to “Apply changes…” and this rebuild the files that messed up.
I cannot acces to panel…
My sites are slow and sometimes slow. Bleh…
December 15th, 2007 at 1:55 pm
Panel seems fine to me.
December 15th, 2007 at 2:01 pm
Experiencing random outages. It’s been slow for a while, now I can’t access anything. This sucks.
December 15th, 2007 at 2:15 pm
Your site seems to be fine Phil.
Panel works fine again, site random outages too.
December 15th, 2007 at 2:36 pm
It is indeed working fine now, you are correct. The latest DH post addresses these intermittent issues, so I’ll just wait it out.
