I AM concerned, however, about 3 outages in 3 days--12/20 for about an hour; 12/21-22 for about 5 hours; and 12/22 again, for about an hour. Regardless of how critical or non critical the purpose of your site is should not matter one bit. If you pay for a service you should receive minimum uptime of at least 80%.
