While this may have your site down, there are thousands upon thousands of other sites hosted by dreamhost and this one server is just a drop in the pool of servers that dreamhost has. So for them to call this a Very High severity would be the overstatement of the year as this is just one of the many they have. It may be "Very High" for you, while for the rest of us it is unimportant as it does not affect us.... That is how I see it anyway...
