I apologize for any inconvenience this is causing. The server “electra” is locked up and won’t even power cycle at the moment. We’ve dispatched a technician to fix it but it could take 30 minutes or so. We’ll post an update as soon as the problem is corrected.

Dhalsim being moved to new hardware

The webserver dhalsim is being moved to new hardware due to the old stuff failing. This should take about thirty minutes, I’ll post an update when finished.
This is finished and new dhalsim is up and running. If you have any sites on it that are not working properly please contact tech support.

spunky filer offline

One of our filers in the “spunky” cluster seems to have crashed and is not coming back up remotely. Our technicians are on their way in to the office to attempt a repair at this moment. The current ETA is around one hour.

fidget hard drive failure

Fidget’s boot drive has died and will not boot, so we’re going to move it over to some new hardware. The process should take about 30-45 minutes and we will post an update here when it is finished.

LAX data center connection issues
