@Jinghao - Go to the Control Panel. Click on the “Account Status” tab. Wait for it to drop down. Look for the line that says “Your e-mail server”. If it says “randy”, then your servers are in the randy cluster.

Whatever we’re on - I keep losing track - we’re down, have had all of five people accessing within the past 15 minutes and would usually at this hour have at least five people per minute - I can’t get into content management or rest of site. Will submit ticket posthaste.

we are on trans-am and I thought that was the “frisky” cluster but now it’s been more than an hour and we are STILL down. support ticket tells me cheerfully it’s been moved to “severe problem” … yeah, a midday outage after two days of record traffic would definitely be severe. surprised at the low amount of postings here, though, is it just us????

Ours just came back up. Knocking wood that it’s back for good. Just posted the apology message,, at least, so if things go wacky again, people will know we’re not doing intentional maintenance in the middle of the day!

I understand that this sort of stuff happens, but it’d be nice if they’d post something a bit more recent than 15 hours ago telling us that they were being rebooted…

Hello,
My websites are also down… I am getting an error regarding not being able to “select the database” but can successfully authenticate to the MySQL server.
Web server: karnov
MySQL servers:
chimchim:cebula
baby:rabasca
Anybody else having issues like this? I made no changes to my web content, modification of PHP files, or modifications to databases. I started noticing the problem about 16 hours ago.
Thanks for any input…
