Making noise here is lame, Still going off in the other blog I can understand, only if your still so upset as to do so. Doing it here is not helping anyone, including yourself, its just lame.

Honestly if you wanted to voice something and havnt been heard by now, with exactly the message you felt needed to be displayed then you need to take a writting class with the free time you have now. Dont get me wrong I was pissed and am still miffed my banks not showing the money I’m sending it, but I’ve releaved enough of the stress, provided things dont fall apart I’ve said what I had to.

DH is the most transparent hosting service I’ve ever used. There sure might be some problems from time to time, but at least are they not trying to hide them from us users.

DH is not about the hardware, it’s about their responsiveness and humor. Their help files are useful to a great degee–I think the only host that runs a wiki as a wiki. Have you seen GoDaddy’s help? Have you tried to navigate through GoDaddy’s “panel”? I used to be at (MT), and they suck in terms of downtime as much as DH, but the folks at (MT) think they are too hip and cool for you. And at least DH lets you connect to their DB with a remote app! Sheesh.

All Sites down and support page stuck on step 1

so can’t even notify DH that they are don - is this system wide?

I was seriously considering moving to a different host because of the the latency issues, but since the upgrade, my site performing real fast, thanks guys

Is anyone having problems getting into their control panel? I’m trying to contact support, but they say to use the control panel to do that… and you can see what my problem is.

Is it just me?
