They don't need to answer the phone 1000 times for the same problem, when it's much easier to group tickets by problems, deal with the problem, then get back to people.

Yeah, because supports’ time would be MUCH better spent talking to you on the phone, than fixing the problems.

They don’t need to answer the phone 1000 times for the same problem, when it’s much easier to group tickets by problems, deal with the problem, then get back to people.
