		<description>The panel is never down when people here claim it is and it has no connection to your own sites being down.  

And most of the time when someone here claims their site is down here, it isn't. 

Unless your keyboard is hooked up to your Dreamhost server, you probably have something called the internet between the two, which occasionally has problems.

		<description>It hasn't been working for 3 days (but I have a known Comcast problem) and now it's not working for other users 2 miles from me trying to also send out emails.  My unusual comcast problem (they're sending it to national headquarter support....) may now be impacting the users who live 2 miles away but I do have to say all my other comcast email problems have cleared up except this one.</description>
